1. What Corporate Data We May Collect

During the normal course of business, we may collect:

Client names and business contact information
Email addresses
Business details relevant to marketing services
Advertising account IDs (Facebook, Google, TikTok, etc.)
Project-related files or marketing assets
Payment information processed securely by third-party payment processors
Communication records related to marketing work

We do not sell or transfer corporate client data to third parties.

2. How to Request Your Data Be Deleted

To request deletion of corporate/business-related information:

Please include the following:

Your name
Your business name
Email address used with us
Description of the data you want removed
Confirmation that you are authorized to request deletion

We may require identity verification to prevent unauthorized requests.

3. What Data Can Be Deleted

Depending on the request, we can delete:

Client account records
Emails or communications (upon request)
Marketing assets you provided
Analytic reports
Strategy notes
Stored contact information

We cannot delete:

Financial transaction records required by law
Data still required for active contracts
Platform-generated records owned by third-party services (Meta, Google, etc.)

4. Response Time

We will respond to all verified corporate deletion requests within:

3–7 business days

Full deletion may take up to 30 days depending on data volume and system requirements.
