These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the DS-NEXUS Publishing mobile application and related services (“the Service”). By accessing or using DS-NEXUS, you agree to these Terms.

DS-NEXUS Publishing provides AI-powered tools for:

• Connecting your Facebook Pages and Instagram Business/Creator accounts
   
• Generating marketing content using AI
   
• Publishing posts, reels, and media to authorized accounts
   
• Viewing analytics for your connected accounts
   
• Managing content workflows
   

The Service operates only after the user authorizes DS-NEXUS through Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Login.

By using the Service, you agree:

1. You own or are authorized to manage any connected social media accounts.
    
2. You will comply with Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Platform Terms.
    
3. You are responsible for all content you generate and publish.
    
4. You will not use DS-NEXUS for illegal, harmful, or policy-violating activities.
    
5. You will not attempt to bypass API restrictions or misuse the platform.
    

DS-NEXUS interacts with Meta APIs only after receiving explicit permission from the user.

We use Meta API access to:

• Authenticate Facebook/Instagram accounts
   
• Publish content only when initiated by the user
   
• Retrieve insights related to the user’s own accounts
   
• Identify connected Pages or Instagram Business profiles
   
• Support scheduling, analytics, and workflow automation
   

We do not:

• Store user social media passwords
   
• Access unauthorized accounts
   
• Share data with third parties
   
• Sell or transfer any user information
   

Users retain full ownership and responsibility for all content published via DS-NEXUS.

DS-NEXUS and DS Marketing Enterprise LLC are not liable for:

• Content errors
   
• Policy violations caused by user-generated content
   
• Platform actions taken by Meta against user accounts
   

You may revoke all DS-NEXUS permissions at any time via:

https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=applications

Revoking access disables publishing, analytics, and all related features.

We may suspend access for:

• Misuse of the Service
   
• Violations of these Terms
   
• Violations of Meta Platform Policies
   
• Abuse, fraud, or harmful activity
   

DS-NEXUS does not sell, rent, or share user data.

DS Marketing Enterprise LLC is not liable for:

• Losses caused by third-party platform outages (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.)
   
• Actions taken by Meta against your accounts
   
• Loss of access due to permission revocation
   
• Results or performance of published content
   

The Service is provided “as is” with no guarantees of marketing performance.

We may update these Terms periodically.
